NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES






The Company has today been notified that Singer & Friedlander Investment
Management Limited has a total interest in 3,199,350 5p ordinary shares and
491,600 warrants to subscribe for 5p ordinary shares of the Company.  These
interests represent 13.38 per cent of the Company's issued share capital and
20.60 per cent of total warrants.



The shares and warrants are all held on behalf of discretionary clients.
