MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ('the Company')
NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST
The Company has today been notified that Strand Associates Limited has
acquired a total interest in 2,244,434 5p ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 9.38 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
The shares are registered in the name of Bank of Scotland Nominees Limited.
