MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ('the Company')
NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company has today been notified that State Street Nominees Limited now
has a total interest in 1,064,018 5p ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 4.45 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
