MSW TECHNOLOGY PLC ('MSW' or 'the Company')
Holding in Company
MSW has today been notified that Electra Quoted Management Limited has
a total interest in 500,000 5p ordinary shares of MSW, representing
3.66 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are
registered in the name of Clydesdale Bank (Custodian Nominees) Limited
a/c ESP.
