Exercise of Share Options

 

On 26th May 2011, the Company issued 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the Company's Approved share option scheme.

 

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 3rd June 2011 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

 

After admission of these new shares, Allocate Software plc will have 63,074,353 Ordinary Shares in issue.
