Doc Re Preliminary Announcement of the Results for the year ended 31 May 2000.
Circular to Shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held
on the 7 August 2000 to disapply pre-emption rights in connection with a
proposed placing of 1.24 million ordinary shares of 5p each at 40p per share
and for the purposes of Section 142 of the Companies Act 1985.
