MSW Technology plc has today been notified that, on 17th
February 2000, Mr Roger Wakefield sold 100,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, and on 28th February, 2000 Mr
Roger Wakefield sold a further 525,000 ordinary shares in
the Company. As a result of these disposals, Mr
Wakefield now holds 626,650 ordinary shares, representing
5.04 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
