                       AWARD OF DIRECTOR'S SHARE OPTIONS





Manpower Software announces that Mr Richard Morgan-Evans has been awarded today
an option to acquire 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the
Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("EMI Scheme").  These options
are exercisable at 35.5p per share between 12 October 2006 and 11 October 2014.



As a result of this award, Mr Morgan-Evans now holds the following share
options:
