                            DIRECTOR'S SHARE PURCHASE


The Company has today been notified that Phil Morgan, Director Cruise and
Maritime Operations, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 February 2004, each at a price
of 42 pence per share.  Phil Morgan is now interested in 234,746 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.53 per cent of the issued share capital.
