Manpower Software announces that on 14 May 2003 share options were awarded to
directors under the Company's EMI Scheme as follows:

Paul Scandrett                                                         200,000
Simon Thorne                                                            50,000
Phil Morgan                                                             50,000
John Archibald                                                          50,000


These options are exercisable at 10p per share between 14 May 2005 and 13 May
2013.


As a result of this issue of options these directors now hold the following
