DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS



The Company has been notified that Philip Morgan, an Executive Director of the
Company, acquired in the market on 20 August 2002, 62,278 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company ("Shares"), representing 0.14 per cent of the Company's
issued share capital, at 9.5p per Share.  As a result of this purchase, Mr
Morgan now holds 109,746 Shares, representing 0.25 per cent of the Company's
issued share capital.
