DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

The Company has been notified that Mr J Archibald, an Executive Director of
the Company, has acquired in the market today an additional 4,000 5p ordinary
shares in the Company (representing 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued
share capital) at 33.5p per share, resulting in an aggregate shareholding of
9,000 shares (representing 0.07 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital).
