Terry Osborne, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 50,000 ordinary
shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54p per share.  Mr
Osborne's total shareholding of 50,000 Ordinary Shares represents 0.11% of the
Company's issued share capital.
