                    NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES



The Company has received notification today that Robert Drummond through his
pension fund, The Robert Malcolm Drummond SIPP, and his wife, Susan Jean Lawton
Drummond, have sold a further 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company and
now hold in aggregate 378,351 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing
0.85% of the Company's issued share capital.
