DIRECTOR'S EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS







Ian Lang, Non-Executive Director, has today exercised options to acquire a total
of 143,812 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):



As a result, Mr Lang now beneficially holds 746,437 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 1.67% of the Company's issued share capital.



Application will be made for admission of these new ordinary shares to trading
on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 28 November 2007.
