'MSW TECHNOLOGY PLC ('MSW')'

MSW announces that is has entered into a contract with a UK based cruise
operating company for the sale of its ' Souls on Board' access control
solutions software.  The initial contract is for an amount exceeding £365,000.

MSW's customer has chosen 'Souls on Board' to meet stringent passenger and
crew tracking legislation.  'Souls on Board' is already in operation at P&O
Cruises Limited.
