                                   AWARD OF CONTRACT


Manpower Software plc is delighted to announce another NHS contract award in the
UK Healthcare sector.  The Northern Devon NHS Healthcare Trust has chosen MAPS
Healthroster to more effectively manage its nursing workforce, with the
intention of eventual roll out to other departments within its organisation.

The Northern Devon NHS Healthcare Trust awarded the contract after a competitive
tender, through the catalyst procurement process, which involved a detailed
evaluation of potential solutions.  Key to this was Manpower Software's proven
delivery of MAPS Healthroster in several other NHS Trusts.

The award of this contract brings the total number of NHS Trusts which have
selected MAPS Healthroster to 33, in addition to the contract with the
independent healthcare provider HCA International.
