MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company")

AWARD OF CONTRACT

Manpower Software plc announces two further NHS contract wins in the UK Healthcare sector. Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust and North East Wales NHS Trust have chosen MAPS Healthroster to more effectively manage their clinical staff.

The award of these two contracts brings the total number of NHS Trusts which have selected MAPS Healthroster to 44, in addition to the contract with the independent healthcare provider HCA International. 

Revenue from the above contracts will be recognised in the financial year ending 31 May 2009.
