                            AWARD OF CONTRACT

Manpower Software plc is delighted to announce another NHS contract award in the
Healthcare Sector.

In November 2007, the Company achieved Preferred Supplier status to the East
Midlands re:source procurement hub, which represents 20 NHS trusts in the East
Midlands Strategic Health Authority ("SHA").  Under the agreement with the
procurement hub, all pricing and contractual terms have been pre-agreed and any
of the trusts within the SHA may purchase software and services from the Company
simply by issuing a purchase order.  The award of the contract by the
procurement hub followed a detailed evaluation of the market, including
consideration of the software available from other suppliers.

The Kettering General Hospital NHS Trust is the first NHS trust to make an award
under this contract.

15 new NHS contracts have now been signed in the current financial year (i.e.
since 1 June 2007).  The total number of NHS Trusts which are now working with
Manpower Software plc is 30, in addition to the contract with the independent
healthcare provider HCA International.
