                              AWARD OF CONTRACT

Manpower Software plc announces an extension to its existing contract with
Carnival UK (known as P&O Cruises), a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation, in the
maritime sector.

P&O Cruises has been a customer since 1999.  This contract extension relates to
a further deployment of the MAPS Maritime Suite, which will be implemented on a
new cruise ship, "The Ventura".  The Ventura is the latest addition to the P&O
Cruise fleet and will launch its service in April 2008.  The Ventura will set a
new standard in 21st century cruising introducing new features, more choice and
new experiences for her passengers.  Weighing in at 115,000 tonnes, with a 3,600
passenger capacity, it is the largest superliner built for the British market.
