                                  AWARD OF CONTRACT





Manpower Software plc is delighted to announce its second NHS contract award of
2008 in the Healthcare Sector.



The Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust awarded the contract after a
detailed evaluation of the market.  The contract provides for the Trust-wide
deployment of MAPS Healthroster.



14 new NHS contracts have now been signed in the current financial year (i.e.
since 1 June 2007).  The total number of NHS Trusts which are now working with
Manpower Software plc is 29, in addition to the contract with the independent
healthcare provider HCA International.
