                              AWARD OF CONTRACT





Manpower Software plc announces an extension to its existing contract with
Cunard Line, a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation, in the Maritime Sector.



Cunard has been a client since 2002.  This contract extension relates to a new
deployment of the MAPS Maritime Suite onto the ship Queen Victoria, which is the
latest addition to the famous Cunard fleet that includes the Queen Mary 2 and
the Queen Elizabeth 2.
