ATHELNEY TRUST PLC (the 'Company')
DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING
The Company announces that it was advised today that, on 28 April 2000, the
Chairman, Mr Hugo Deschampsneufs, purchased 1,250 (0.07%) Ordinary Shares at a
price of 78 pence per share.
Following this transaction Mr. Deschampsneufs' interest in the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company is 89,900 (5%) ordinary shares.
