The Company announces that it was advised that, on 3 September, the Managing Director, Mr Robin Boyle, purchased 5,000
(0.28 %) Ordinary Shares of 25 pence at a price of 65 pence per share.
Following this transaction Mr.Boyle's beneficial interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company is
485,000 (26.90 %) ordinary shares. The above figures include a holding of 58,000 shares owned by a pension fund in
which Mr. R.G.Boyle and the Chairman, Mr. Deschampsneufs, have an interest.
