DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that it was advised that, on 21 May, the Chairman's wife, Mrs Linda Jane Deschampsneufs,
purchased 4,000 (0.22 %) Ordinary Shares of 25 pence at a price of 62.5 pence per share. 

Following this transaction Mr. Deschampsneufs' beneficial and connected party interests in the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company is 129,575 (7.19 %) ordinary shares.  The above figures include a holding of 58,000 shares owned
by a pension fund in which Mr. Deschampsneufs and the Managing Director, Mr. R.G. Boyle  have an interest.
