DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that it was advised that, on 11 April, the Chairman, Mr Hugo Deschampsneufs, purchased 3,000
(0.17 %) Ordinary Shares of 25 pence at a price of 67.5 pence per share. 

Following this transaction Mr.Deschampsneufs' beneficial interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company
is 125,575 (6.97 %) ordinary shares.  The above figures include a holding of 58,000 shares owned by a pension fund in
which Mr. Deschampsneufs and the Managing Director, Mr. R.G. Boyle,  have an interest.
