The Company announces that it was advised on 5 June 2001 that, on 4 June 2001,
the Chairman, Mr Hugo Deschampsneufs, purchased 1,900 (0.10%) Ordinary Shares
of 25 pence at a price of 76.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction Mr. Deschampsneufs' beneficial interest in the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company is 90,200 (5%) Ordinary Shares.
