Exercise of Warrants

Equatorial Mining & Exploration Plc announces the exercise of warrants which were issued on 4^th September 2015.

As a result of the exercise of these warrants, EME has issued and allotted a total of 50,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.0001 per share.

The new shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

The Company now has a total of 4,756,941,670 ordinary shares of £0.0001 in issue.
