Lloyds TSB was arranger and agent for the facility. Lloyds TSB and NatWest were the lead managers. At the same time, Amlin has increased the share of its Lloyd's underwriting operation, Syndicate 2001, to 70% (2000 - 58% share of syndicate operations). Combined with organic growth, this has led to an increase of 28% in underwriting capacity for the year ended 31 December 2001.
