Further to the announcements on 7 June 2005 and 10 June 2005, The Medical
Property Investment Fund Limited (the 'Company') has today posted to its
shareholders a circular detailing the proposed acquisition of the Apollo
Portfolio (the 'Circular'), including notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting
to be held on 11 July 2005 at which a resolution seeking shareholder approval
for the acquisition of the Second Tranche will be considered.



Terms defined in the announcement of 7 June 2005 have the same meaning when used
in this announcement.
