The Company announces that on 8 December 2011 Simon Laffin, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 221,638 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 33.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Laffin has an interest in 221,638 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
