             The Medical Property Investment Fund Limited ('MPF')


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a total of 2,403,847 Ordinary 10p shares to be admitted to
listing. The shares have been issued in connection with the acquisition of a 70%
stake in BHE Holdings Limited as detailed in the announcement dated 2 August
2004.
