Trevor Shaw Changes Scope of Responsibilities

Re: Change to responsibilities of Director

The Board has appointed Mr David Wilson as Secretary of the Company with
immediate effect in succession to Mr Trevor H M Shaw who has resigned as
Secretary and transferred his responsibilities for the management of the
Company's legal affairs to Mr. Wilson.  Mr Shaw will remain on the Board and
retain a responsibility for pensions matters.
