Associated British Foods plc will issue an interim management statement in accordance with the requirements of the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency rules, for the 16 weeks to 3 January 2009, on Thursday 15 January 2009.   

The Company will announce its interim results for the 24 weeks ending 28 February 2009 on 21 April 2009 with a pre-close trading update issued on 23 February 2009.  An interim management statement covering the 40 weeks to 20 June will be released on 9 July 2009.  The annual results for the year ending 12 September 2009 will be announced on 3 November 2009, with a pre-close trading update issued on 7 September 2009.
