Executive Share Incentive Plan 2003

The following conditional allocations of ordinary shares of 5 15/22 pence were
made to the following directors of the Company on 21 November 2007 under the
terms of the ABF Executive Share Incentive Plan 2003:-

George G. Weston                103,494 shares
John G. Bason                    71,618 shares

The allocation was made on the basis of an allocation price of 905.85 pence
(being the average of the daily closing mid-market prices for the shares over 5
consecutive days) in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
