Result of the Open Offer

Result of General Meeting and Class Meeting

The Open Offer as set out in a circular to Shareholders dated 11 January 2012, closed on Friday 3 February at 11.00.  Under the Open Offer, valid applications were received from 252 Qualifying Shareholders for a total of 199,453 Open Offer Shares, representing approximately 56.95% of the 350,247 New Ordinary Shares offered, and raising £199,453.  Accordingly, 150,794 New Ordinary Shares will be subscribed by the Underwriters in accordance with the terms set out in the Prospectus, raising £150,794.

At the General Meeting and Class Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all Resolutions were duly passed.   The Company envisages that matters will continue to proceed in accordance with the timetable previously announced.
