Associated British Engineering plc has today been advised by James Sharp &  Co that Graeme Marshall, an existing shareholder in the Company, acquired a further 20,000  2.5p Ordinary Shares in  the Company on Friday 9^th March 2012.  Mr Marshall's holding of 2.5p  Ordinary Shares in the company is now 69,705 shares which is 3.40% of the issued Ordinary Share capital. We have not been advised of any further details.
