Record Date

As announced earlier today in the financial results for the year ended 31 March 2010, the Board is proposing a final dividend of 1.5 pence per share (2009:1.25 pence).

Following approval at the AGM on 4th August 2010, the final dividend will be paid on 25^th October 2010 to all ordinary shareholders who are on the register of members on 24^th September 2010.
