Notice is hereby given that the first Annual General Meeting of AssetCo will be
held at the offices of Hoare Govett Limited at 250 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4AA
at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 31 July 2007. Notice of the Annual General Meeting has
been posted to shareholders.
