                                Interim Dividend

Further to the announcement of interim results for the six month period ended 30
September 2006 announced on 29 November 2006, the Company confirms that the
interim dividend of 1.0 pence per share will be payable on 12 January 2007 to
shareholders on the register on 15 December 2006.
