                               DIRECTORATE CHANGE


The Board of AssetCo announces that David Chisnall OBE, a non-executive
director, will be retiring from the Board with immediate effect.

The Board of AssetCo is actively seeking a replacement and looks forward to
updating shareholders on their progress shortly.


Tim Wightman, Chairman, commented: 'The Board would like to thank David for his
contribution to the development of the Company in particular throughout the
Company's significant transition with the reversal by AssetCo into Asfare. We
would all like to wish him well in his retirement.'
