Peter Manning, a director of AssetCo plc, disclosed to AssetCo plc this morning that he purchased in his own name as principal 28,846 ordinary shares of 25p in AssetCo plc at a price of GBP 1.04 per share on 2nd September 2008.

Prior to this transaction Peter Manning held 0 ordinary shares of 25p in AssetCo plc; after this transaction Peter Manning holds 28,846 ordinary shares of 25p in AssetCo plc.
