that he purchased in his own name as principal 25,000 ordinary shares of 25p 
in AssetCo plc at a price of GBP 1.93 per share on 28th December 2007.

Prior to this transaction Frank Flynn held 7,150,000 ordinary shares of 25p in
AssetCo plc; after this transaction Frank Flynn holds 7,175,000 ordinary shares
of 25p in AssetCo plc.
