that he purchased in his own name as principal 12,649 ordinary shares of 25p in
AssetCo plc at a price of £1.97 per share on 20th August 2007.

Prior to this transaction Frank Flynn held 7,137,351 ordinary shares of 25p in
AssetCo plc; after this transaction Frank Flynn holds 7,150,000 ordinary shares
of 25p in AssetCo plc.
