27 April 2007 he sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a 
price of £1.977 per share (comprising 0.15% of the issued share capital of the
Company). 

Following this notification David Chisnall has a total interest in 548,750
ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.82% of the issued
share capital.
