             Completion of the acquisition of Todd Research Limited

Following the announcement on Monday 7 November of the acquisition of the whole
of the issued share capital of Todd Research Limited ('Todd') and the admission
of 771,111 new ordinary shares at 90p per share to trading on the AIM market of
the London Stock Exchange on 10 November 2005, all the conditions of the sale
and purchase agreement have now been met and the acquisition of Todd has been
completed.
