                                   Site Visit

ASOS plc, a leading online fashion retailer, is today hosting a visit to its new
warehouse site in Hemel Hempstead.

The purpose of the visit is to provide analysts, institutional investors and
private client brokers with the opportunity to view its new warehouse and give
them a broader understanding of the Company's supply chain, IT systems and
merchandising. The visit will also provide an opportunity to meet key members of
the ASOS management team.

There will be no new trading information disclosed in the presentations.
