ASOS was advised on 10 October 2006 that Fidelity International Limited, and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders have disposed of
622,200 ordinary shares in the Company and now hold a total of 9,327,988
ordinary shares, which represent approximately 12.95 per cent. of the entire
issued share capital of the Company.

Of the total shareholdings notified: 667,300 ordinary shares are held in the
name of Bank of New York Brussels; 217,000 ordinary shares are held in the name
of Northern Trust London; 534,000 are held in the name of Mellon Bank; 1,144,800
are held in the name of Citibank London; 587,100 ordinary shares are held in the
name of State Str Bank and Trust Company London; 3,619,388 ordinary shares are
held in the name of Brown Bros Harriman Ltd Lux; 166,500 ordinary shares are
held in the name of Brown Brothers Harriman and Co; 1,049,700 ordinary shares
are held in the name of Bank of New York Europe London and 1,342,200 ordinary
shares are held in the name of JP Morgan, Bournemouth.
