                            Employees Benefit Trust

ASOS was advised on 22 August 2007 by the trustees of The ASOS Employee Benefit
Trust (the potential beneficiaries of the trust being certain of the employees
of ASOS including directors of the Company) of the acquisition of 159,583 shares
at a price of 115p each on 22 August 2007.

The Employee Benefit Trust now has a beneficial interest in 818,392 ordinary
shares representing 1.1 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
