ASOS PLC 06 September 2004 FOR RELEASE 7.00AM 6 SEPTEMBER 2004 ASOS plc ('ASOS' or the Group) (Leading online fashion retailer) BOARD CHANGES ASOS, a leading online fashion retailer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Damian Kamaluddin as Finance Director, effective from 1st November 2004. Following a transitional period, John Morgan, the current Finance Director, will step down from the Board and resign as a director. Jon Kamaluddin, 31, began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Jon then joined Marks & Spencer Group plc, where he spent 3 years in a number of finance positions including Head of Finance for the per una brand. Most recently he was Finance Controller of Nutrinnovator Holdings plc.
